Rauls in Rosarito, Baja California is a reef break, suited for intermediate surfers. Current conditions: 2.4 ft waves, sw 10 mph (onshore), falling → low. Size is there, but onshore wind hurts shape. Raul's is a reef in the Rosarito area that sees far fewer surfers than the well-known breaks nearby. West swell, northeast wind and mid to high tide are the best combination. Rarely crowded. Best on a west swell at mid to high tide with light offshore wind.
