The Belmar Fishing Pier at 19th Avenue marks the south end of Belmar's mile-long beach-break stretch.

Belmar's 16th Street break is a classic beach break with shifting sandbars and peaks that break both left and right. It suits intermediate surfers and works on any tide with south‑to‑east swells and offshore west winds.
