La Mision in La Misión, Baja California is a reef break, suited for intermediate surfers. Current conditions: 2.7 ft waves, ne 5–11 mph (cross-shore), falling → low. Size is there, but cross-shore wind affects quality. La Misión is the small town where the Guadalupe river meets the coast, just south of La Fonda. Northwest swell and a northeast wind are the cleanest combination; tide matters less than the wind. Usually uncrowded. Best on a winter northwest swell with offshore wind.
