Best Surf Beaches in El Rosario

Casas is a remote reef on the coast near El Rosario, the last town before Highway 1 turns inland. It has lefts and rights, but onshore wind is common, so timing matters. The reef is sharp.

Punta San Antonio is a remote point on the coast south of El Rosario. It is mainly a summer spot and sees few surfers.

Punta Baja is the headland and fishing camp west of El Rosario, down a dirt road from Highway 1. It is a long point that needs the swell to line up, and it is inconsistent the rest of the time. The wind usually picks up in the afternoon.
